Project Overview
This project offered an enriching experience in product design, where I worked closely with product owners and designers to bring their ideas to life. Together, we followed core design principles—from conceptualizing and defining goals to creating visual representations, sketching, prototyping, and finalizing the UI design.

Activity Page & Setting Attendance Rules - Web
The activity page was designed as a central hub for employees' attendance policies and reward systems. It served as an empathetic space within the app, encouraging worker reliability. Setting up a clear attendance policy and a system to inform employees of their performance was key to motivating responsibility around shift attendance. Given the complexity of the policy, visually representing it was a challenge. To communicate effectively, we designed a "Last 10" feature, with ten circles representing an employee’s last 10 shifts, along with any strikes received. These strikes, if accumulated, could lead to suspension or termination of the employee’s account. The design process involved creating a robust alert system for strikes, as well as envisioning how potential rewards could be displayed to balance the strikes and encourage positive behavior.

Executive Dashboard
For the executive side, we aimed to build a dashboard module that tracks the activity of the Ready Workforce across one or multiple locations. I conducted extensive research on various types of diagrams and statistical representations, ideating on which data variables would be most relevant and useful for executives. Multiple design prototypes were created, taking into account the need for a clear and intuitive visual representation of complex data.
