Project Overview
Generative AI is transforming industries by streamlining tasks and improving efficiency. For the Redeayon app, our objective was to integrate AI into the manager's panel to modernize and optimize the interaction experience. The project’s focus was to identify and implement the most effective AI interface practices to enhance the overall user experience for managers.

Research and Insights
Through extensive research on AI interfaces and industry practices, I found that the effectiveness of AI chatbots depends heavily on their scope and specialization. In the initial phase, it became clear that a product-specific AI chatbot—finely tuned to handle tasks within its domain—was necessary to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses.



Design Solutions
Case studies revealed that a floating chat box, as opposed to a static one, creates a more engaging and trustworthy experience for users. The flexibility of this interface allows the assistance tool to track the user’s actions and provide real-time, relevant suggestions. Positioning the chat box near the user’s focus area further enhances convenience and accessibility, improving overall user satisfaction. The other option was to add a suggestion button, followed by a chat window for each individual employee, enabling managers to respond quickly to queries without the need to read previous conversations or address repetitive concerns. This streamlined the interaction process and improved response times. Interface Strategies

Based on the complexity of user requests, we explored different interface solutions: Ongoing conversations: were handled through a floating chat box. Short, specific requests: were supported by a text input box. Quick, context-specific actions: were facilitated via a bottom interface embedded within relevant areas for instant access.
