Project Overview
In the Redeayon facelift project, we focused on improving the most frequently used and challenging areas of the manager’s panel and the employee app. The design process involved analyzing the current live designs, gathering user data and feedback, sketching and prototyping, and finalizing the design.

Home Page - Web
The initial version of the home page on the manager's platform primarily featured key actions like creating shifts and a brief report on ongoing shifts and events. I redesigned the home page by implementing a "lobby" concept, similar to how a building’s lobby guides visitors. The redesigned home page now acts as a central hub, offering a snapshot of key actions managers frequently take. It includes sections like a summary of recent statistics, messages requiring responses, and upcoming events, helping managers navigate the platform more efficiently.

Fixed Menu - Web
In the original design, a hamburger menu would expand into a pop-up on the left side of the screen. I identified this as an unnecessary step for users, as it added an extra action to access their desired features. To streamline this, I introduced a fixed menu where all key actions are immediately visible and accessible to managers. This not only enhanced usability but also gave the platform a more professional look and feel.

Log-in experience - App
The log-in process was initially cumbersome and unfriendly, with multiple unnecessary confirmation steps. As part of the facelift, I streamlined this experience by removing redundant confirmation buttons and expanding certain pages to create a smoother, more engaging flow. This led to a more user-friendly log-in experience that reduced friction and improved overall satisfaction.
